Born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick, Dylan has always had a strong appreciation for supporting local. Growing up, his family had a long history of employment with Baxter’s Dairies, a longtime staple of New Brunswick’s food industry, which inspired his passion for community and local producers. After earning a Bachelor of Business Management from Dalhousie University, Dylan became dedicated to supporting New Brunswick’s growing food and beverage industry. As Admin & Operations Coordinator for Savour NB, Dylan combines his organizational skills and love of local food to help strengthen connections between producers and consumers. He’s passionate about celebrating the people and stories that make New Brunswick’s food culture unique.
