
The Saveur NB Food and Beverage Partnership Inc. (Savour NB) will conclude operations as of April 30, 2026.
As a not-for-profit organization, Savour NB championed New Brunswick’s food and beverage industry by connecting and supporting producers, processors, chefs, and artisans to celebrate the province's unique flavours and culinary excellence. Savour NB inspired innovation and collaboration across the ecosystem through programs, events, partnerships, and initiatives like the Food Tourism Excellence Award, the NBCC Street Food Fest, and the Savour NB Brand Program. Savour NB also delivered a Food & Beverage Business Accelerator and Mentorship Program, successfully guiding two cohorts of entrepreneurs through to completion and equipping them with the skills, connections, and confidence to grow and scale their businesses.
Savour NB’s brand program - including ownership of the Savour NB logo, marketing assets, and promotional initiatives such as in-store signage highlighting New Brunswick food and beverage products - will transition to the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries (DAAF). Moving forward, this program will be managed through DAAF’s Local Food & Beverages Program, and the department will continue to support the industry throughout this transition.
Over the past 18 months, Savour NB has built meaningful momentum in convening the sector, delivering programming, and increasing visibility for New Brunswick food and beverage businesses.
Savour NB worked alongside producers, processors, retailers, and partners across the province to strengthen connections within the sector and highlight the incredible quality and innovation emerging from New Brunswick’s food and beverage community. The relationships built, the stories shared, and the businesses supported during this time are achievements that the organization and its members can take great pride in.
We are grateful to the many businesses, partners, volunteers, and supporters who believed in Savour NB's vision and contributed their time, expertise, and enthusiasm to the organization’s work. Your commitment to growing and celebrating New Brunswick’s food and beverage sector has been inspiring.
The progress made over the past two years demonstrates the strength and potential of this industry. We remain hopeful that the collaboration, relationships, and initiatives started through Savour NB will continue to inspire and support the sector moving forward.

What is Savour NB?

Why is Savour NB shutting down?
The Saveur NB Food and Beverage Partnership Inc. (Savour NB) will conclude operations as an independent organization effective April 30, 2026. Over the past 18 months, Savour NB has built meaningful momentum in convening the sector, delivering programming, and increasing visibility for New Brunswick food and beverage businesses. This decision was not made lightly and reflects the reality that the conditions required to sustain the organization in its current structure were not in place moving forward.
What does the closure of Savour NB mean for my membership?
As of April 30th, 2026, Savour NB memberships will no longer be active. We recognize the value members placed on being part of the network and thank you for your support over the past two years.
Can I still use the Savour NB logo on packaging and marketing materials?
Members may continue to use existing packaging and materials that include the Savour NB logo. Savour NB’s brand program, including ownership of the Savour NB logo, marketing assets, and promotional initiatives such as in-store signage highlighting New Brunswick food and beverage products, will transition to the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries (DAAF). These programs will be administered through DAAF’s Local Food & Beverages Program, and the department intends to undertake a brief review of the existing assets and initiatives prior to relaunch and full implementation.
DAAF will continue to support the industry throughout this transition.
What happens to brand approvals already given?
Existing brand approvals will continue to be recognized. Oversight of the brand program, including use of the Savour NB logo and associated promotional elements such as retail signage, will transition to the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries.
What does this mean for in-store materials?
Existing in-store materials may remain in place. Retailers may choose to keep or remove in-store materials at their discretion.
What happens to the Food & Beverage Accelerator?
The second cohort of the Food & Beverage Accelerator successfully concluded on March 31, 2026. A celebration of the cohort’s success will take place at a later date.
Will there be any successor or transfer of the brand program?
Savour NB’s brand program - including ownership of the Savour NB logo, marketing assets, and promotional initiatives such as in-store signage highlighting New Brunswick food and beverage products - will transition to the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries (DAAF). The program will be managed through DAAF’s Local Food & Beverages Program, and the department will continue to support the industry throughout this transition.
Can members still access the portal or website?
The Savour NB website will remain available for a period of time to provide access to key information and updates. Portal access (via GlueUp) has now been closed and is no longer available.
