Types of Products or Product Lines: I bake sourdough breads and sweets and incorporate many local ingredients in my products. I exclusively use NB maple syrup, and honey, source in season NB fruits and veggies, and use Speerville wheat flours. My main products are: sourdough loaves, focaccia, scones, and cookies.
